By accessing or using the Payfindr LLC website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Payfindr LLC operates as a Florida tax deed surplus recovery agent under F.S. § 197.582. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice or a guarantee of recovery.
Any engagement to recover surplus funds on your behalf is governed by a separate written recovery agreement executed by both parties. Fees, scope, and payout mechanics are described in that agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information, to authorize us to act on your behalf only where you have legal standing, and not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Payfindr LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

SMS Messaging Terms
